Requesting a Superbill
We do not accept insurance; however, we can provide you with a piece of paper called a Superbill which you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance company. If you are interested in utilizing insurance benefits via sending in a Superbill we suggest giving your insurance company a call to verify coverage for ‘out of network’ provider services prior to initiating therapy.

Online Video Technology
We use Zoom Video Technology for our Video Therapy. At present, it is the only video meeting software that is HIPAA approved. This service is free to sign up and use. There is no extra cost to you as a Virtual Therapy client. Just follow the three simple steps before your first session.
