About Holly Graham, LMFT

For over 15 years, I have worked with families, children, couples and individuals to help in creating healthier lifestyles.

With mutual goals identified and an array of evidence based treatment practices to pull from, we can work together to create a deeper level of connection within your most valued relationships, enhance insight into your current challenging situations, increase understanding of oneself and aide in general emotional management.

It is my hope that though you may be facing a difficult and at times seemingly treacherous path; you are not alone in traveling this road and at times just knowing you have someone to walk, to warn you of the pitfalls and reassure you when you stumble… this working partnership can be the motivation and encouragement you need to keep walking until you reach the other side.

I hold a deep passion for my profession, the people I get to share this journey with and find myself repeatedly in awe of the courage and strength displayed within the healing process.

Throughout my career as a therapist, the varied roles I have played have enabled me to observe life through the lens of so many diverse perspectives. I have worked within the private, county, faith based, as well as, non-profit sectors of the helping profession. My role providing psycho-education in the classroom with individuals and families grew quickly to include providing guidance, encouragement, support and direction to mentors and speaking to the community to help spread awareness of help available for those struggling with a mental illness. Today, I see yet another need arising within our population. A need which is rooted in isolation and loneliness. We see it in too many voices that are left unheard but yet signaling for help…these voices need a platform to adequately address the hurt, they need a place to connect and someone to speak their language.
